The regional Forum for Teachers of General Education Schools ‘Young Teacher: The Path to Success’ was held.

Hosted by the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological Direction in Shymkent, and organized by the Education Department of the Turkestan Region and the Center for Pedagogical Mastery, the forum ‘Young Teacher: The Path to Success’ was conducted. About 300 young specialists participated in the forum, aimed at young teachers from general education schools in the Turkestan Region.

The forum featured guests such as the HR Director of ‘Tamerlan Motors’, business coach Gulzhanat Bitanova, and the founder of the ‘Dau-med’ medical center, to share life experiences with the youth.

Participants gathered at thematic platforms to discuss current issues such as research in teaching, inclusive education: from indirect experience to own actions, and the development of subject-specific professional competencies.

At the end of the event, participants engaged in practical work, dividing into groups. Amina Torebayevna, one of the participants, shared her insights: This project is aimed at the professional success of teachers and stimulates their continuous learning and development.
