The modern world places high demands on the education system. School education is aimed at shaping competitive, highly educated individuals who are sought after in the global labor market, capable of self-realization, and creatively developed personalities. In the development of the new generation of Kazakhs, the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical-Biological Direction in Shymkent plays a crucial role, with its mission being to enhance Kazakhstan's intellectual potential through the development and implementation of an innovative, multilingual educational model in the natural-mathematical direction, combining the best Kazakhstani traditions, international experience, and practice.

Significant efforts in the upbringing of the younger generation are also made by the Board of Trustees of the Intellectual School, acting to achieve the school's statutory goals and create necessary conditions for the students and the school's teaching staff. Throughout its existence, the Board of Trustees has repeatedly assisted in improving the school's material and technical resources, addressing issues related to the organization of students' educational activities, and organizing sports, cultural, and recreational events.
