English teacher Begayim Adilkhanova won second place at the republican “Festival of Pedagogical Ideas”.

On January 11-12, the Republican “Festival of Pedagogical Ideas” was held in Almaty. The English teacher of our school, Begayim Rakhimovina Adilkhanova, took part in this festival and took 2nd place. At the competition, our teacher presented his idea on the topic “Educational journey “Be far and near.” Begayim Adilkhanova presented an overview of the e-learning environment for Kazakhstani students learning English as a foreign language, using the R2D2 model proposed by Professor Curtis J. Bonk. The main advantage of this model is that it is well integrated with Web 2.0 tools, allowing students to be creative and versatile, and the teacher to tailor tasks to individual needs.
